Product Description

Polyamide is a polyamide fiber trade name, also known as NYLON (Nylon), nylon-6. English name Polyamide (referred to as PA), the basic composition of the material is amide bond - [NHCO] - linked to the aliphatic polyamideMany of these properties can be enhanced by the addition of fillers such as molybdenum disulphide. Nylons are resistant to hydrocarbons, alkalies, ketones and esters. These Polyamides, commonly referred to as Nylon and available in Sheets, Rod and Tube and are distinguished by different types. The most common engineering Nylons are PA 6 and PA 66. Nylon stock shapes are produced by either extrusion or casting. The process is in part a determinant of the nylon properties of the end product. Modifiers are added to enhance desirable characteristics.

Product Detail

  • MC Nylon Sheet  posseses good abrasion and wear resistance
  • Very easy to fabricate
  • Outstanding chemical resistance to acid-base
  • resistance to oxidizing agents
  • High stiffness
  • nylon sheet is Light (approx. 1/8 vs. bronze)
  • Good impact strength
  • And nylon sheet has low friction coefficient

Due to the excellent performance of the mc nylon sheets, they have been widely used to replace the nonferrous metals for building wear-resisting parts and hardware, such as steel. Copper, aluminium alloy ,babbitt metal, stainless steel and etc. They are maily applid in oil, chemical engineering, light industry, railway, mining ,metallurgy, building, textile,paper-making,shipbuilding,water-power engineering, sewage treatment ,military industrial machinery and etc , It can be machined as gear, turbine.bearing, impeller, instrument board, drive axle, valve, vane, lead screw, high pressure washer, screw, nut, seal ring, shuttle, sleeve ,sleeve connector and etc,and they have showed significant economic benefit and social benefit.
